Can my carpet be repaired instead of replaced?
In most cases, yes. Ripples, loose seams, burns, stains, pet damage and frayed edges can usually be repaired for a fraction of the cost of new carpet.
How long does carpet restretching take?
A typical bedroom or living room takes around 1–2 hours. Larger homes may take half a day. You can walk on the carpet straight away.
Will a carpet patch be noticeable?
We match pile direction, colour and texture using offcuts or carpet from a hidden area (such as inside a wardrobe), so patches blend in and are very hard to spot.
Can you help before an end-of-lease inspection?
Yes. Burns, tears, pet damage and ripples are common end-of-lease issues, and repairing them is usually far cheaper than paying for replacement carpet out of your bond.
